License

When you buy a product from Add Life you are in fact buying a licence to use that product under the terms of the licence. Our products are not royalty free.

We provide three very distinct types of Licence. You may only need one type for your purposes or a combination of all three.

It is important that you assess your intended use of our products and purchase the correct licence. If you need help please contact us at info@add-life.com or via our “contact us” page.

Use at different office locations:
Under our licence terms you cannot buy a collection and distribute that for use at your other office locations. You must purchase a new collection for each office location.

Licence type 1: This is automatically part of any purchase of any collection.
This standard licence limits your use to one office location and to serve 3 computers. This will be a document within the collection ZIP file or CD you order.

Licence type 2: Please purchase this from the licence category on the collections page.
This additional licence allows you to serve 5 extra computers at one office location. This will be a document for instant download.

Licence type 3: Please contact us directly at info@add-life.com
This is an individually negotiated licence based on exceptional needs. For instance:
Full or limited exclusivity rights.
Publishing.
Advertising .
Web environment use.
Educational literature.
Broadcasting.

The Licence (EULA)

The Products and related documentation are copyrighted works of Add Life Ltd, and are also protected under applicable database laws. This licence is not a sale of the original Product or any copies.

Subject to the terms of this agreement, we grant to you a limited license to use the Product for your personal or business use. The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

1. Each Product purchased comes with a 3 seat Network/Multi-user licence. This means you may install it on not more than three (3) computers or you may distribute it within a network or similar asset management system to no more than three (3) computers, for use by no more than three (3) people at any one time. All at one office location.

2. You may not purchase a product and distribute that for use at your other office locations. You must purchase a new product for each office location.

3. If the Products are to be placed on a network server accessible by more than three (3) computers, you agree to purchase further five (5) seat Network/Multi-User Licences as required.

4. You may make one copy of the product for backup purposes.

5. You may not distribute, to any third party, digital files containing the Product as a separate layer or object, whereby the Product can be extracted and copied in full. This includes 2D and 3D model files.

6. You may not use, copy, modify or transfer the Products (including any related documentation) or any copy, in whole or in part, including any print-out of all or part of any database, except as expressly provided for in this licence. If you transfer possession of any copy of the Products to another party except as provided above, your licence is automatically terminated. You may not translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on the Products, except as expressly permitted by the law of this Agreement. You may not vary, delete or obscure any notices of proprietary rights or any product identification or restrictions on or in the Products.

7. The Products are licensed only to you. You may not rent, lease, sub-license, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Products, on a temporary or permanent basis, without the prior written consent of Add Life Ltd

8. You undertake to ensure that, prior to use of the Product by your employees or agents, all such parties are notified of this licence and the terms of this agreement.

9. The licence is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Products together with all copies in any form. It will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy the Products together with all copies in any form.
